What do I get when I convert a whole mailbox?
For PDF, EML, HTML, TXT and DOC you get one ZIP file with one file per email, sorted into the same folders as the mailbox. CSV gives you a single spreadsheet with a row per email. PST gives you one Outlook data file with the folder tree intact. A single EML or MSG email simply comes back as one file.

Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, Mac or Linux. For big mailboxes a desktop or laptop is the better choice than a phone.
